Challenge: A growing SaaS team wanted self-serve answers grounded in their product docs — without leaking hallucinations.

Solution: A full RAG pipeline with chunking, embeddings, retrieval-with-citations, and a one-line embed widget that drops onto any page.

Challenge: IT and Ops teams accumulate runbooks, server inventories, and tribal knowledge in five different places — and still spend half their day in chat asking "where do I find…?"

Solution: A self-hosted platform that unifies knowledge base, asset registry, and a lightweight task tracker behind a single conversational agent. Hybrid RAG (BGE-M3 + Postgres FTS, RRF-merged) keeps answers grounded; a tool-use loop with a confirmation modal lets the agent create and update records safely.

Challenge: An enterprise IT team was overwhelmed with repeat tickets, mostly in Thai, mostly resolvable in two steps.

Solution: A Thai-first LINE OA agent over OpenRouter with model fallback, ticket sync, and human handoff. Deflected ~62% of tier-1 volume in month one.

Challenge: A retailer needed full-funnel commerce inside LINE — browse, cart, checkout — without sending users to a separate site.

Solution: Flex Message product carousels, a stateful cart, an order summary screen, and PromptPay QR generation for one-tap payment.

Challenge: Streaming crews needed a broadcast-quality scoreboard they could drop into OBS — updated instantly from courtside, themed per tournament, without browser hacks.

Solution: A websocket-driven HTML overlay that loads as an OBS browser source. A mobile-first operator app on the bench updates the broadcast in under 100ms. Themes, sponsor logos, and stat layouts are configured per event.

Challenge: Tournament organizers were emailing PDFs and re-posting screenshots every time a match shifted — and fans had no way to follow live results.

Solution: A public schedule site fed by the same realtime backend as the scoreboard. Match cards update the moment a score does; brackets, group standings, and per-team pages stay in sync without anyone re-uploading anything.

Challenge: A 3x3 basketball league needed multi-court realtime updates, livestream integration, and public-facing brackets — all running on tournament day with zero latency for staff.

Solution: The full Nexable scoreboard kit deployed across multiple courts: per-court OBS overlays, mobile operators on every bench, embedded YouTube/Twitch streams, and a fan-facing site updating the moment scores do.

Challenge: An ops team was triaging hundreds of inbound requests by hand — and had no visibility into where bottlenecks were forming.

Solution: A multi-layer automation: n8n for branching logic, Power Automate for Microsoft-native steps, Grafana dashboards monitoring queue depth and SLA breach in real time.
